I gone to v3s mall big bazar to purchase some products for home use on Saturday 17Apri2010, at the time visa and biz bazar promotion is going that on purchase of 1000 u gt 50rs discount card.īut when i completed shopping from the store and gone for billing the store incharge didnt allowed me to use my visa card and didnt allowed to pick 10 bottles of 2litre coke bottles and said u cant pay from card as u do frequent shoping from this store. I am not expecting a reply for this mail which i would have wasted almost an hour in drafting the reply but why i thought i should bring it to your notice is that you should not get a bad reputation by doing this type of things since i love to shop in big bazar in any part of the country as i extensively travel. In my issue there would have been definately involvement of staff where staff would have taken away this packet by not giving it to the customer. If its done without the knowldege then you staff is deceiving you please have a check and proper control. Normal practice of your store customer get the items for billing to your billing counter and your billing staff will take the goods and accordingly bill for it.
